Norma J. Randel

Norma J. Randel, 84, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at St, Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on July 2, 1932, in Straughn, Indiana, the youngest of nine children to the late Lee C. Huffman and Bertha (Spangler) Huffman. Norma was a 1950 graduate of Bentonville High School. She was married to Darrell Franklyn Randel on April 24, 1984 in Carmel, Indiana. Mr. Randel passed away on May 30, 2012. Norma had worked for 30 years at Fort Benjamin Harrison. After retiring, she enjoyed traveling, cooking, fishing and assisting her husband Darrell in the Randel Antique business. A devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Norma enjoyed playing euchre and traveling to many antique shows in her spare time. Former Memberships: Lebanon Christian Church – Lebanon, Indiana Boone County Senior Services – Lebanon, Indiana Red Hats – Lebanon, Indiana Funeral Services are planned for 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. A Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2016, at the funeral home in Lebanon. Interment will follow services at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
