NAME: Mr. Billy Ray Hinkle, Sr. Age: 81 City of Residence: Lebanon, IndianaDate of Death: Wednesday, December 3, 2014Place of Death: At Essex Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lebanon Mr. Bill Ray Hinkle, Sr. was born in Clinton, Kentucky, on August 30, 1933, a son of the late William Ray and Eurlene (Garrison) Hinkle Bill spent his early years in Kentucky and moved to Indianapolis as a teenager. Later he moved to Zionsville and in 1974 he moved to Lebanon where he had since resided. He was married to Greta (McCoy) Zeralsky. Bill retired in 1999 from Wrecks, Inc. in Whitestown after 44 years of employment. During retirement he worked for Lonnie’s Truck and Trailer in Indianapolis until 2003. He was a member of Faith Chapel where he held the position of Sunday School Superintendent for a number of years. Bill loved the out-of-doors, camping, fishing, and hunting with his Beagles. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching football. Visitation is planned from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home in Lebanon, on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at 1:00 p.m., with Roger Fogle, officiating.Burial will follow services at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown.
