Faye Anderson

Mrs. Margaret Faye Anderson, 65, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away Friday morning, April 3, 2015. She was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, on March 16, 1950, a daughter of Maggie Susie (Justice) Taylor and the late Samuel Ray Taylor. Faye attended schools in Tennessee and Virginia. At a young age, she moved to Indiana where she had since resided. On January 18, 1974, she was married to Kenneth Duane Anderson in Lebanon, Indiana. Mr. Anderson passed away on April 17, 2011. She was a dedicated homemaker and once her children were raised, she spent time cleaning houses for others. Faye was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family and thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren. Faye and her husband, Ken, had a family home on Lake Shafer near Monticello, Indiana where they enjoyed fishing. Trips to the mountains in Tennessee were also a favorite outing. She enjoyed doing yardwork and shopping in her free time. Faye was elated to be a breast cancer survivor. Funeral Services are planned for Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home in Lebanon. Interment will follow services at Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort, Indiana. Taylor and wife, Vicki – Lebanon, Indiana Bobby L. Taylor and wife, Janet – Lebanon, Indiana Three Sisters: Barbara Shahan and husband, Mike – Bainbridge, Indiana Debbie Snider – Lebanon, Indiana Sue L. Mann – Tennessee Mother-in-law: Kay Anderson-Mathews – Lebanon, Indiana Several Nieces and Nephews Deceased: In addition to her father and husband, Faye was preceded in death by a brother, Garland Taylor, and a sister, Ann Bowman.
