George "Ed" Droeger

He received a B.S. Degree from Butler University in 1949. Following school, he enlisted in the United States Army and served his country honorably during the Korean War.On August 5, 1950, he was married to Neva Jean (Petrie) Droeger in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mrs. Droeger survives. Beginning in 1952, Ed established himself as a respected and successful participant in the cattle industry in which he was active for sixty-one years. He remained active until just a month ago as a cattle buyer.As a devoted husband, father, and grandfather Ed was dedicated to his family and enjoyed attending the various sporting events in which his grandchildren were participants. Playing golf was of great interest to Ed.
