Mansholt was born in Boone County, Indiana, on February 27, 1934, a daughter of the late Roy Berraman and Clara Isabell (Lynch) Bowen. Reared and educated in Thorntown, she graduated from Thorntown High School in 1952. She was first married to Jack Crouch from 1953 - 1963. On September 4, 1964, in Lebanon, Indiana, she was married to Kenneth Paul Mansholt. Mr. Mansholt passed away on October 6, 2012.Helen was an employee of Montgomery Ward in Lebanon. She later worked for Citizens Bank and Trust Company in Lebanon, AFNB in Indianapolis and then in a part-time position at National City Bank in Lebanon before retiring in 2000.An active church member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lebanon, Helen served on many church committees. She was devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her hobbies included reading, gardening, and traveling. Officiating: Rev.
