At the age of eight, Mary moved to Boone County where she had since resided with the exception of four years during high school. She was a 1946 graduate of St. Francis High School in Lafayette. On January 29, 1955, she was married to William Martin Wiley in Lebanon; he passed away on October 24, 1999. Mary had worked for Boone County REMC for 26 years, retiring in 1973. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she sang in the choir and was a member of the Women’s Club for many years.She enjoyed her family, gardening and baking. Officiating: Rev. Timothy KroegerThe Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 319 East South Street, in Lebanon, Indiana, on Thursday, September 18, 2014, at noon.Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Thursday, September 18, 2014, at the church in Lebanon.Interment will follow services at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.The Rosary will be held at the church on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. prior to the visitation.Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana is handling the arrangements.
