Reared and educated in Indianapolis, Mr. Chapple graduated in 1967 from Arlington High School. Following high school, he enlisted in the United States Army and served his country honorably during the Vietnam War.He was first married to Frances (Russell) Chapple and they divorced. He then was married to Ivadean (Brown) Chapple and they divorced as well. On October 20, 1978, he was married to Linda Sue (Detamore) Chapple in Lebanon, Indiana and she survives.Following his service in the army, he returned to Indianapolis and worked as a dock employee for McLean Trucking Company. He worked there until they closed in the 1980’s. He then drove a box truck until his retirement in 1995.A devoted family man, Rusty especially enjoyed his grandchildren. He liked the time he spent with his coffee club and bowling leagues. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.Visitation is planned for Wednesday, June 26, 2013, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home in Lebanon.Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.Survivors:Wife: Mrs. Linda S.
