Bueford Clouser

Bueford Clouser, 87, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born in Montgomery County, Indiana, on October 16,1934, to the late Daniel and Evelyn Blanche (Thompson) Clouser. He was a 1955 graduate from Thorntown High School. Following high school, he served his country honorably in the U.S. Army from 1955-1959. Bueford was a printer at Shumate Printing in Lebanon for many years, retiring in 1999. He had a love for antiques, old cars, hot rod cars and motorcycle riding and an avid collector of junk. Survivors include two brothers: Kenneth Clouser of Sheridan and Harold Clouser of Thorntown; sister-in-law, Carol Clouser of Lebanon and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Bueford was preceded in death by three brothers, Daniel Clouser, Jack Clouser and Richard Clouser; sisters-in-law, Betty Clouser and Jane Clouser and longtime companion, Lee Hankins. Funeral Services with military rites are planned for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 28, 2022, at Myers & Hunt Mortuary, 116 West Plum Street in Thorntown, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 12:00. until the time of service on Friday at the funeral home in Thorntown. Interment will follow at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown, Indiana Memorials may be made to a Methodist Church of your choice or Riley Children’s Hospital.
