Christopher "Chris" Walkup Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Christopher W. “Chris” Walkup, 38, passed away on October 31, 2020 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born in Plantation, Florida on January 25, 1982, a son of Gene W. (Mary) Walkup and Dawn (Jim) (Wooden) Boyles. Chris was a graduate of Brownsburg High School. He was self-employed as a heating and cooling technician and a long-time resident of Hendricks County. Chris was fun-loving, extremely outgoing. He was an avid Colts fan and enjoyed golf, fishing, basketball and playing pool. He adored his daughters, loved animals and being with family and friends. Chris was preceded in death by grandparents, Steve and Marilyn Walkup, Bill Wooden and aunt, Tammy Sanders. No services will be held at this time. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory are handling his arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Hendricks County Humane Society.
