He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, on January 24, 1937, a son of the late Charles A. and Emily R. (Archer) Hulley. He graduated from Fontanet High School in Vigo County, Indiana, in 1956. On August 2, 1958, he was married to Billie Jean (Brammer) Hulley in Terre Haute, Indiana. Mrs. Hulley passed away on August 28, 2005. The couple had moved to Boone County in 1967 residing in Whitestown until 1999 when they moved to Rocky Fork Lake in Parke County after they had retired. They returned to Boone County in 2005. Charles retired from Marathon Oil Company, formerly Rock Island Refinery, in Indianapolis. He enjoyed the out-of-doors, especially hunting and fishing. Graveside Funeral Services are to be held on Monday, May 19, 2014, at 11:30 a.m., at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana, with Rev. Timothy Kroeger, officiating.Private Family Visitation is planned at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Survivors: Three Children: Kenneth G.
