She was a daughter of the late Clifford Everett and Dorothy Bernice (Conrad) Payne. Mrs. Richardson was a 1945 graduate of Colfax High School. On September 21, 1945, she was married to Alfred Jacob McIntyre in Indianapolis. Mr. McIntyre passed away on February 26, 1979. She was then married to Loel Clover Richardson on August 7, 1980 in Lebanon. Mr. Richardson passed away on July 9, 2003. Phyllis spent her adult life in Lebanon and had worked as an operator and clerk for Indiana Bell, retiring in 1983. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed her family and their activities as well as reading, bowling and playing cards. For eighteen years, she enjoyed wintering in Kissimmee, Florida.Memberships: Trinity Lutheran Church in Lebanon Telephone Pioneers of America Boone Senior Services Visitation will be held at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2014.Funeral Services are to be held on Thursday, January 1, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lebanon, Indiana, with Rev.
